The Timberline Retreat

Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and wrapped in forest, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain retreat is as beautiful as it is comfortable — the kind of home that makes everyone want to linger a little longer. Whether it's a multi-generational family trip, a ski weekend with friends, or a quiet couples' escape, you're just minutes from Quechee Gorge, Woodstock, Hanover, and Killington Resort.

As part of The Quechee Collection, guests enjoy multi-season access to the renowned Quechee Club — championship golf, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball, fitness facilities, and miles of trails, all just down the road (club amenity fees apply).

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining space where vaulted ceilings and skylights pour in natural light. Curl up by the gas fireplace on a cool evening, gather around the kitchen island (gas cooktop, two ovens) as dinner comes together, or sink into the three-season sunroom for quiet forest views. The main deck, with comfortable seating and a gas grill, is made for lingering over dinner under the trees.

And new this season: a private hot tub tucked just below the main deck and surrounded by the forest. Soak under the stars after a day on the slopes, warm up on a crisp fall evening, or simply unwind with a glass of wine as the snow falls quietly around you.

The main-level primary suite is a retreat of its own — a king bed, private en-suite, and a private sauna for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. A second king en-suite completes the main floor. Upstairs, a queen room and a playful ski-lift-themed twin room share a third full bath. Downstairs, a game room with ping pong and its own quiet deck give everyone space to spread out, while central air keeps the whole home comfortable year-round.
